I have noticed this too and if they are interested themselves in the Olympics you can usually tell, but the ones that bother me are the ones that are only posting about it to get traffic.

I really don't care about them either and have actually stopped checking out some blogs because I'm just not interested.

I am highly skeptical of colon cleansers. I have had several colonoscopy procedures and the pictures I see are of clean pink flesh. There is never any toxic build up. My doctor has never seen any either. The big green ropey things you see in pictures on colon cleansing sites are caused by the awful stuff that people take to clean their colon.

I think you can stay clean and healthy without that stuff. I think the only thing it cleans out is your wallet. Why not get 25-30 grams of fiber in your diet from foods like broccoli, apples and beans?

I believe nowadays, those promotions and advertisement are getting earlier and earlier.

Two months ago, I received an email from one of my colleagues talking about the venue of Christmas dinner. It's only in the middle of the year and they are planning for Xmas!!!
